Turning Mods into admins.. :lol: Seemed like a good plan. I'm going to get a bit more involved here when I get chance. But for now it's just nice to have somewhere to come and relax amongst friends.. Certainly.. I'm here to learn too, and if by sharing what I learn brings a better understanding of how things really work we all gain. Maybe something I can't work out is obvious to somebody, or you get lucky and hit the link with the info that has been eluding me. Whatever... The dvd's I have made so far are superior to amything I had from windows on this old hardware. It's well worth the effort and time. Plus there are other things along the way, like how to access drives, and the many different formats of floppies there have been across the years to learn about. Not time wasted in any way.. Knowledge is Power You may have noticed something different about my image over here .... The transition from the old to the new is complete. Out with cute and in with scary.. I had that \"nice girl\" skin for too long. The true colours come out at last. I'm really a dark and introverted kind of person. No music here..just some hospital crap on tv. No idea what it is, I don't watch the thing...my friend likes this kind of crap not me.. For info before anybody asks..the far right pane of my sig will tell people who know about these things that I'm running Linux, Debian \\"sarge\\" 3.1.. She is the \\"official\\" debian anime-tan girl in her debian sarge uniform.. How cool is that? (these girls are really hard to find..took me over 2 hours to track her down. I'm going to collect them all and host them on a repository somewhere)
